Two systems, each with one job
Both run in your firm's chosen Azure region in the UK or EU, under a single Microsoft data processing agreement. Neither is a general-purpose assistant let loose on your job.
Transcription
Turns your dictation into words
Takes the audio of your own voice notes and produces the transcript the rest of the workflow reads. Server-side only, and it sees nothing but the recording you made.
And what neither of them does
- It never analyses your photographs.
- It never authors a finding of its own.
- It never writes to the report — every value enters because a surveyor accepted it.
- Your original note is kept, so you can always check what you actually recorded.

Nothing happens that you did not switch on
Off by default
A new workspace has AI switched off. Nothing is sent anywhere until someone at your practice deliberately turns it on.
Enabled by your practice
Enablement is a practice-level decision, not a per-surveyor one, so a firm can adopt it on its own timetable.
Consented job by job
Each job carries its own client consent, with an opt-out that applies to that job alone.
Still works with it off
You can still organise notes and use your practice’s standard phrases when AI is switched off or a client has opted out.
What is still yours to do
Software cannot make a practice compliant
The RICS standard is principles-based, and several of its duties belong to the regulated firm rather than to any tool — training your people, keeping the registers, exercising professional judgement, setting your client terms. What we can do is make the compliant path the default one and generate the records the standard asks for.
Adoptable templates for the firm-side duties ship with the product, so you are not drafting a policy from a blank page.
